Product Introduction:

1K101 nanocrystalline ribbon is a Fe-based soft magnetic alloy manufactured by rapid solidification technology. With a thickness of 0.025 mm, it offers high permeability, low core loss, high saturation flux density and excellent thermal stability. The material is widely used for manufacturing nanocrystalline transformer cores, current transformer cores, current sensors, common mode chokes, EMI suppression components and other high-performance magnetic devices. Custom widths and slit sizes are available according to customer requirements.

Applications:
The product is mainly used to replace silicon steel sheet and used in many ways, such as: different power of frequency distribution transformers, power factor correction inductors, small transformers, high-power rectangular iron core, the output energy storage filter inductors, saturable reactor, anti-jamming filter inductorand IF transformer iron core. The working frequency range of the product is from 50Hz to 10kHz. When it is used as the iron core materials of a high-power switching power reactor , the using frequencies of the product can be up to 50kHz.
